Le Virage
is a one of a kind experience. It was established 30 years ago as a colaboration
between the Culinary arts and the Fine arts by Lolek and Andrena Jasinski.
The idea began with an exterior mural designed by the late Bill Radley.
T.Scott Sayre served as a apprentice on this project which led to a partnership.
Since 1984 Scott has continued in this tradition by covering every square
inch of the restaurant with original art.The restaurant contains many private
dining rooms and a banquet room. Wood carvings and frescos adorn the walls.
The bar has a phosphorus back light with a light show behind the bar.
